Wholesale Terms & responsibility

1. B2B buyers only

Products are sold wholesale to businesses (retailers, spas, distributors, and similar). By checking out you represent that you are buying for resale or professional use, not as a consumer retail end-user under consumer-return statutes that do not apply to wholesale.

2. Cosmetic / hygiene use — not medical treatment

Remin Care goods are cosmetics and personal-care products. They are not drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. They do not regenerate teeth or tendons, replace dentistry or orthopedics, or provide systemic medical therapy. Buyer is responsible for compliant retail claims in their jurisdiction.

3. Nature's-form philosophy

We prioritize plant oils, butters, minerals, and botanicals. Oral SKUs are fluoride-free. We do not market a “zero molecule synthetic” absolute across every water-based product; where a preservative or process aid is required for safety and shelf stability, it will appear on the product label as required by law. Formulas are proprietary trade secrets and are never disclosed.

4. Safe use & absorption

Buyer agrees to follow labels: external use (except oral powder/oil used as directed and spat), intact skin for leave-ons, patch testing for new SKUs, and keeping products away from children when labeled. Buyer will not instruct customers to use products on broken skin, in eyes, or contrary to label. Misuse voids any warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. responsibility protections

• Limitation of responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remin Care / TUCE / MV Technologies and their officers, agents, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from products or fulfillment delays.
• Cap. Aggregate responsibility for any order is limited to the amount actually paid to us for that order.
• Assumption & indemnity. Buyer assumes responsibility for storage, retail training, local labeling/advertising compliance, and customer support after delivery. Buyer will indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from Buyer’s misuse, reformulation, false medical claims, or resale practices — except to the extent caused by our proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Allergies & reactions. Individual reactions can occur. We are not liable for idiosyncratic sensitivities when products are used as labeled.
• No warranty of uninterrupted supply for ingredients subject to shortage or regulatory change.

6. Fulfillment timeline targets

Targets are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delay, weather, customs, ingredient shortage, quality hold, or force majeure may extend timelines. Risk of loss transfers on carrier handoff unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-party testing & quality holds

Seller may place a quality hold or delay shipment if microbiology, preservative challenge, stability, or COA review requires it. Independent lab reports, when commissioned for a SKU/lot, may be shared with wholesale accounts on request — see Third-party testing. Absence of a published seal does not waive Buyer’s duty to follow labels; presence of a report does not authorize drug or disease claims.

8. Payment, title, returns

Payment is due at Stripe checkout unless a written net-terms agreement exists. Title passes on full payment and shipment. Wholesale returns require prior written RMA; opened or label-damaged cases are generally non-returnable except for documented manufacturing defect.
